性教育課程方案對成人智能障礙者性知識影響之研究

摘要

本研究旨在探討透過性教育課程方案介入對智能障礙者成人在性知識的影響成效為何？本研究將採用實驗研究法做為研究資料蒐集方法，參與本研究之研究對象主要透過立意取樣方式，選擇高雄市某一社會福利機構中5 位智能障礙者成人做為本研究之實驗組，5 名智能障礙者成人為對照組。本研究實驗教學活動安排預計從民國104 年01月26 日至民國104 年4 月27 日止，共計10 次20 節課。本研究自變項為研究者自編之性教育課程方案，依變項則為成人智能障礙者之性知識。歸納研究相關結果，本研究提出以下結論：一、成人智能障礙者在性知識內涵之現況顯著低下，尤其是性法理的認知方面。二、成人智能障礙者在性教育課程介入後，在性知識內涵之生理知識、懷孕與避孕、性傳染病及性法理的認知等方面有顯著性差異。根據研究發現，本研究提出對研究對象、研究方法、性教育教學活動設計、及未來研究之相關建議。

This study was designed to explore the involvement of adults with intellectual disability impact on sexual knowledge and sexual attitudes in terms of effectiveness of such programs through sex education programs? This study will be adopting as an experimental research method as research data collection methods. The Objects Participation on this study mainly through purposive sampling approach. The study select 5 adults with intellectual disability of social welfare institution in Kaohsiung as the experimental group of this study, 5 adults with intellectual disability in the control group. In this study, experimental teaching schedule projected 104 years from the Republic to the Republic of January 26 104 years ended April 27, A total of 10 times 20 lessons. In this study, since the variables of sex education programs for the self of the researcher, Dependent variable, compared with adults with intellectual disability of sexual knowledge and attitudes. The conclusions were described as follow: Adults with intellectual disabilities in the status of the knowledge content of the significant low, especially in cognitive aspects of legal principle. Adults with intellectual disabilities in sexuality education class after intervention, has a statistical significance difference in the knowledge of physiology, pregnancy and contraception, sexually transmitted diseases and the aspect of legal principle. Some suggestions were offered for research objects, research methods and sex education programs activity design.
