由變調「安全校園」淺談校園霸凌

Campus is not safe: A brief introduction to the issue of campus bullying

摘要


校園就像是一個小型社會,然而校園霸凌不僅是校園問題,對學生生理及心理的影響既深遠又長久,將來也會延伸到社會而形成社會問題,因此「校園霸凌」已成為全球教育界關注的主題,因而受到世界全國的重視及關注。本研究針對校園霸凌及防治策略進行分析,首先介紹霸凌的意義及類型,再探討霸凌者與受凌者人格特質、相關影響因素,最後提出防治方法,以家庭、教師、學校三方面為主軸,相互合作,密切配合,才能有效制止校園霸凌事件發生,進而達成「校園零霸凌」目標。

Bulling has become one of the noticeable problems at the campus, which negatively affect the students, physically and/or psychologically. The issue of bullying has therefore received widespread attention globally, particularly in the educational circle. This research attempts to analyze the types of bullying; discussing the impact on the students' personality. Then, the researcher will present feasible solution; through the cooperation among the family, the teachers, and the school, to decrease the rate of bully.
