The aim of this paper is to discuss how the practice of self-awareness as a way of fostering physical and mental transformation influences individual's level of sexual satisfaction. The practice includes free style of writing, Mandala painting, travelling alone and slow living. It also encompasses PC muscle movement and developing one's sensuality which together constitute the art of sexuality. Generally speaking, sexual satisfaction includes one's psychological and physiological aspects. And individual's awareness around their own self-perception, emotions, body, energy and spiritual connection is correlated to their capacity of communication, enjoyment of sexual pleasure and sense of intimacy. It is, therefore, predicted that the practice of self-awareness would enhance one's sexual satisfaction.
