中年夫妻健康與性教育之關係研究

摘要

本研究目的是研究中年夫妻健康與性教育的現況及瞭解健康與性教育之關係；推動中年夫妻健康與性教育計畫的概念，認為是人類發展、關係、個人技巧、性行為、性健康、社會與文化，達到「健康、安全、快樂」的目標，此為本研的動力；中年後的健康與性生活做有效的管理及中年男性、女性健康的照護，需要性伴侶之間的關心與愛心，此為性教育研究的重要所在。以45歲以上中年夫妻八人研究對象，採取立意取樣，半結構訪談方式，並自製訪談大綱深度訪談，以不同背景變項獲取廣範的經驗資料，經研究分析後，研究成果為：一、中年夫妻的健康：受試者不同背景對健康有差異，由於社會變遷，科技進步，資訊發達，現代的人對於性觀念、性關係、性行為，已與傳統的思維與行為方式有所不同，中年夫妻要以此為性行為準則，更是維持健康的要素。二、中年夫妻的性教育：中年性教育應屬於社會教育，中年夫妻的性教育是一項偉大的教育工程，另應加強中年身心障礙者的性教育推廣，讓社會對其性心理、性生活予以更有愛心的關懷。結論與建議：按照臺灣國民老年化人口的比例來說，中老年以上所需長照的人勢必是越來越多，可見國民健康的重要性，健康因素與性健康相關，中年以上的性教育屬於社會教育，在社會重視程度上卻看起來似乎非常缺乏，是值得國人關注的問題。建議現有社會教育區塊增加中老年性教育，以接軌青年性教育脈絡。

After research and analysis, the research results were as follows: First, the health of middle-aged couples: There were significant differences health from the experimenter in different backgrounds, Because of social changes, scientific and technological progress, information developed, modern people for sexual attitudes, sexual relations, sexual behavior, has been different from the traditional way of thinking and behavior, middle-aged couples must a code of sexual behavior , and to maintain a healthy element. Second, middle-aged couples sex education: Middle-aged education should belong to social education, middle-aged couples sexual education is a great education project, the other should strengthen the sexual education of middle-aged sexual education promotion, so that the community of its sexual psychology, sexual life to be more caring care. Conclusion and suggestion: According to the proportion of the population of the elderly in Taiwan, the number of people in need of long-term need is more and more, showing the importance of national health, health and sexual health-related, middle-aged sexual education is social education, but in the degree of social importance, and it seems very lacking, It is worthy of national concern. Suggested that the existing social education blocks should increase the education of middle-aged, and connect with the youth sexual education.
