老年男性性健康照護與溝通表達之研究

摘要

本研究目的是瞭解老年男性性健康與溝通表達現況及探討老年男性的性健康與溝通表達之關係；老年男性容易發生勃起功能障礙，需要得到性關切，此為本研究的重要性；關懷老年男性的性健康需求，提早預防性退化，此為研究價值之所在；老年男性性健康狀況下降，並伴隨著慢性病症增加，社會需要進一步促進老年男性的性健康與溝通表達，此為本研究之迫切性。研究採立意取樣，以接受訪談及經驗分享的六位65歲以上男性受訪者為研究對象，自擬半結構訪談大綱，經深入訪談，彙整分析後，研究成果為：一、老年男性性健康：受試者不同背景對性健康有的差異，尤其是年齡則有顯著差異；心理活動直接影響到性心理，正確的性觀念和性態度能帶來性滿意，積極的相應性伴侶，也可以獲得性滿足；而性傳染病的防治，要做好衛生保健，維護性行為安全。二、溝通表達：受試者應重視溝通與表達，主動提出性問題，專業醫生必能提出良好的治療效果；醫護專業人員應積極關懷慢性病或是心血管疾病、憂鬱症病患，主動關心性健康的醫療服務。結論與建議：老齡化並不僅僅是指沒有疾病，對於老年人而言，維持身體功能運作是為最重要；建議社會對老年男性應重視性健康的照護，獨身或殘障老年男性的性健康應輔導和協助。

Conclusion: aging is not just refers to no disease, for the older men, the maintenance of physical function is the most important;suggestion: the society should pay attention to sexual health care for older men, single or disabled older men's sexual health should Counseling and assistance.
