摘要

本研究目的在瞭解《親密與孤獨》書中成年已婚女性面對親密關係的心理反應，並在親密關係中擁有性自主和能夠明確地瞭解親密的人，以及在孤獨中接受自己。在通往親密關係的驅道中，成年已婚女性可以意識到孤獨的背後是情感的核心，而且，能夠顯現自我。然而，當成年已婚女性面對不健康的親密事情時，要用什麼方法來化解及做到更好的親密關係，這些都是值得在孤獨中思考的問題。細觀成年已婚女性的心理反應可能表現於外在或是內在，或許就是女性思考模式，以及尋求愉悅、情感親密和悲傷等等情緒的感受，也是女性獨有的內心空間。本研究採用文獻分析，以表達《親密與孤獨》所陳述的主要意義。研究發現成年已婚女性親密與孤獨的心理思維具有性自主與慾望，並能享受內在的孤獨感。最後的結論是現代的社會可以適時迎合人際關係和親密關係的建構，而在親密關係中成年已婚女性經過孤獨的情境，再經歷沉靜、省思，或許更具有發展親密的有效性；親密與孤獨的學習，不但對親密關係有實質性的助益，而且，也可以增進親密關係的教育價值。

The purpose of this research was to hope understand psychological responses to intimate relationships of adult married women from the book ＂Intimacy and Solitude＂. And they had sexual autonomy in intimate relationships, and could clearly understand the intimate of lovers, and accepted yourself in the solitude. On the intimate relationships, and could realize that behind the solitude was the core of emotions, and could naturally express themselves of adult married women.When in face of unhealthy intimacy of adult married women, what methods should be used to resolve and achieve a better intimacy,That all were questions worth thinking about in the solitude. So,careful observation of the psychological reaction of adult married women might be expressed externally or internally, perhaps it was female thinking patterns, and the emotional feeling of sought pleasure , emotional intimacy, and sadness of women etc. and it was also a unique inner space for women. This study used literature analysis to express the main meaning stated in the ＂Intimacy and Solitude ＂. The results of this study found that psychological thinking of intimacy and solitude has sexual autonomy and desire, and can enjoy inner solitude of adult married women. The final conclusion is that modern society can cater to the construction of interpersonal and intimate relationships in a timely manner. However, in an intimate relationship,and have experience quietness and contemplation through a situation of solitude, and may be more effective in developing intimacy of adult married women. The study of intimacy and solitude not only has a substantial benefit to intimate relationships, but also enhances the educational value of intimate relationships.
