摘要

藥物濫用之問題，在國際間一直以來皆為備受關注之議題，藥物濫用不僅對個人及家庭造成相當之危害，對於整體社會治安維護亦造成巨大衝擊，如何減緩或消除藥物濫用問題是各個國家長期努力之目標。為此，本校受教育部指導執行防制藥物濫用教育中心計畫，長期致力於增進青少年學子之藥物濫用預防知能，為使本中心預防教育能與時俱進，並於後續進一步之改善及設計導覽企劃，本中心針對2019年3月1日至8月31日間來訪之1,793名參訪者進行問卷調查研究。分析發現，超過九成的參訪者是首次來參訪；多數受訪者期待於本中心了解到「吸毒的後果」、「認識毒品之危害」及「了解毒品的樣貌」；受訪者對於防治藥物濫用預防教育影片、藥物濫用防制歷史室、毒品陳列室、毒害感官體驗區及高危險情境模擬教室所呈現的內容，表示肯定，認為經過影片的播放及導覽，對於所展示的內容有初步的瞭解；參訪過後，有超過九成的參訪者表示參觀本中心後，對自身藥物濫用相關知識具有提升之效果；參訪者對於本中心整體滿意度，及本中心所提供之導覽內容、導覽員之解說、導覽動線之等，表示相當的滿意度；最後，將近95%的參訪者表示會推薦其他朋友來本中心參觀。整體而言，本中心執行之預防教育內容，獲參訪者之高度肯定，持正面評價。

The issue of drug abuse has been an issue of great global concern. Drug abuse not only causes considerable harm to individuals and families, but also poses tremendous impacts on the maintenance of overall social security. How to alleviate or eradicate drug abuse problems is the long-term goal of different countries. To this end, National Chung Cheng University has implemented the Education Center for the Prevention of Drug Abuse Plan under the supervision of the Ministry of Education. Committed to improving the drug abuse prevention awareness of young students, in order for the center's preventive education to keep up with the times, and further improve and design the guided tour plans, the center administered a questionnaire survey to 1,793 visitors that visited from March 1 to August 31, 2019. The analysis shows that more than 90% of the visitors were visiting for the first time. Most of the visitors expected to learn about the ＂consequences of drug use,＂ ＂the harms of drugs＂ and ＂the faces of drugs＂ from the center. The visitors expressed their approval of the contents in the educational videos on the prevention of drug abuse, the Chun-Hui Classroom, the drug display room, the drug harm sensory experience area and the high-risk simulation classroom. They believed that the videos and guided tours gave them an initial understanding of the contents displayed. After the visit, more than 90% of the visitors said that their drug abuse knowledge was enhanced after visiting the center. The visitors showed considerable satisfaction, specifically, they express their overall satisfaction towards the center, the guided tour contents provided by the center, illustrations of tour guides, tour guiding routes, etc. Finally, nearly 95% of the visitors said that they would recommend visiting the center to their friends. Overall, the visitors were highly pleased and gave positive feedback on the educational contents provided by the center.
