青少年濫用新興毒品成因與影響分析

新科技世代來臨加上社會快速發展，國際間交流頻繁，多元社會造成毒品種類日新月異，現今青少年施用藥物濫用年齡逐漸下降，以及人數更是有增多的趨勢，甚至衍生毒品犯罪問題。其中新興毒品咖啡包氾濫更為嚴重，因而本研究目的希望分析青少年施用新興毒品之成因及影響，瞭解新興毒品危害模式，尋求解決之道，有效杜絕新興毒品危害。研究方法係以紮根理論研究方法深度訪談10位與毒品工作相關的專業人員，結果顯示青少年施用毒品成因在初次施用毒品年齡落在高中、國中階段，而施用的毒品種類多為新型混合毒品咖啡包，在年齡愈小愈早接觸抽菸、飲酒、檳榔物質使用，而後接觸毒品的頻率就越高；另青少年施用毒品咖啡包行為與好奇及同儕互動學習而來，加上毒品咖啡包價錢可及性、廉價性、流通性高、易取得、好攜帶、購買容易，深受年輕人喜愛。其影響不僅讓家庭帶來嚴重的經濟負擔，更讓施用的青少年精神上產生傷害，嚴重破壞身體和大腦。面對新興毒品價格較低廉且取得容易，危害也日益嚴重，國人不應忽視此問題，而應深入探究青少年藥物濫用現況，瞭解新興毒品危害模式，不要讓新興毒品取得容易成為一時間藉口，正視其危害嚴重性與影響性，透過本研究的告警提供教育與司法等公部門及民間社會團體杜絕新興毒品危害青少年的重要參考。

This study analyzes the causes and impacts of adolescents using emerging drugs to aim to reduce the risk the teenagers caused by emerging drugs effectively. The research method is based on the grounded theory and interviewed ten professionals related to drug work. The research shows that the first-time experience of adolescents using drugs happened around junior high school or high school, and most of the drug types formed as coffee pack, which is attractive to teenagers. According to the research, the higher exposure time to drugs causes from earlier experience of using cigarettes, alcohol, betel nut, and so on. The behavior of teenagers using drugs always imitates their addicted peers. The drug coffee pack is trendy among teenagers because the price of drug coffee packs is affordable, easily obtained, and portable. Its impact not only brings a severe financial burden to the family but also causes mental harm to the teenagers who use it and seriously damages the body and brain. Therefore, everyone shall be seriously dealing with the abuse of emerging drugs in teenagers. Due to this serious problem, this research gives the warning to look forward to effectively reducing the risk in teenagers caused from emerging drugs.
