摘要


我國地緣廣大。各民族生活在不同的地理環境,氣侯下飲食、生活、宗教信仰有很大差異,先人將食物依其特性分為寒、涼、熱、平,在不同季節時不同體質的人對食物亦作不同的選擇。老年人應選性平和,滋而不膩之食品;小孩選用健脾胃、補腎氣性平和;婦女以補血、養血之食品;處於寒冷潮濕環境者採用溫補健脾之食品;依季節之不同。春季選補益氣之品;夏季採清補之品;秋季採滋養潤燥之品;冬季選用脂膏滋膩之品。

Our country is so large in its territory, and with all kinds of people living in different geographical and climatic conditions, their diets, lives and religious belief have deveolped great differences among them. Our forebears distinguished foods by their quality in to wintry, cold, hot and usual. People must choose a variety to suit their individual bodily constitution during the times of seasonal change. Of course, the elderly should select foods that are mild and nutritious that are not fatty while nevertheless children should select foods that make the stomach healthy, that nourish the kidneys and are mild, Women should choose diets that nouish and nurse the blood. In wintry and moisturized environments they should choose warm, nuturious as well as healthy foods for the spleen. We can classify diet treatment into four categories according to the seasons, that is, nourish the vitality in the spring, nice and cool tonics in the summer, nutritious and fresh-juicy tonics in the autumn; and some greasy and takly in the winter.
