台灣農會已有近百年的歷史,並且是台灣農村發展的重要角色,隨著時代變遷,農會受到總體環境與個體組織環境影響而進行改革,如何提升經營績效已是重要的課題。本研究為量化研究,問卷蒐集方式,採取立意抽樣法,以農會所屬之農場與飯店員工為研究對象,共發放300份問卷,有效問卷為218份,以SPSS 18.0之統計套裝軟體進行資料分析,驗證本研究的研究假說,進而提出本研究之研究結論與建議。本研究之研究結果顯示,在農會所屬的農場與飯店產業裡,工作滿意度正向影響工作投入;工作投入正向影響經營績效;工作滿意度正向影響經營績效。並在最後依照研究結果提出實務建議。
Taiwan Farmers Association has a history of nearly 100 years, and is an important part of Taiwan's rural development, with the changes of the times, the Farmers Association is reformed by the overall environment and the individual organization environment. How to improve business performance has become an important issue. This study is a quantitative study. Questionnaire collection method is purposive sampling, and taking the farm and hotel staff of the Farmers Association as the research subjects, This study 300 questionnaires and received 218 valid questionnaires. Data analysis was carried out with SPSS 18.0 statistical software package to verify the research hypothesis of this study, and then the research conclusions and recommendations of this study were proposed. According to the findings, in the farm and hotel staff of the Farmers Association, workers job satisfaction has positive effect on job involvement; job involvement has positive effect on business performance and job satisfaction has positive effect on business performance. At the end, of to the research results practical suggestions have been put forward.
