小型學校經營策略關鍵成功因素之個案研究-以花蓮縣某國小為例

A case study on a Small school under Management Strategies of Key Success Factors: in Hualien Elementary School

摘要


本研究旨在探討小型學校如何克服被整併的危機,積極尋找學校特色,藉由校長的帶領之下,定位學校經營走向,結合偏鄉小校的在地文化,找出學校特色與學校亮點,讓學校能夠逆境中求生存,與其它小型學校作出區隔,從這一波整併的危機中全身而退。研究者以立意取樣方式,以花蓮縣一間小型小學校長為研究的目標對象,主要的研究方法為半結構式深度訪談,另以文件分析法為輔來進行資料的蒐集,作為訪談的佐證資料。本研究得到下列幾項結論:一、影響個案學校經營因素與學生人數變化有關;二、建立團隊運作模式,可以激發成員潛能,發揮組織最大效益;三、親師合作,教育成效加乘,家長願意為學校整體發展而努力,有助學校永續發展;四、注重經營策略,強化對外宣傳,打開學校知名度。

This study was designed to investigate the small schools and how to overcome the crisis of being whole, actively looking for school characteristics, be under the leadership of the principal, school management orientation toward combining partial small rural school in the local culture, to identify school characteristics and school highlights so that schools can survive adversity, to make segmentation and other small schools, this whole wave and get out of the crisis. Researchers purposive sampling approach to Hualien County elementary school principal for a small target audience research, the main research methods for semi-structured in-depth interviews, analysis, supplemented by separate document to collect data as interviews supporting information . The study was following several conclusions: First, the impact of case management school-related factors and changes in the number of students; two, team mode of operation, can inspire potential members to play the maximum benefit organization; three, parents and teachers collaborate, educate synergistic effect, parents are willing to work hard for the overall development of the school, helps schools to sustainable development; four, focusing the business strategy, strengthen outreach, open schools visibility.
