校長轉型領導與體育組長組織承諾關係之研究-以花、東地區國小為例

A Study on the Relationship between Principals' Transformational Leadership and Athletic Directors' Organizational Commitment of Elementary Schools in Hualien and Taitung District

摘要


本研究主要探討花、東地區國小校長轉型領導與體育組長組織承諾之間的關係。本研究採用自編問卷為研究工具,以花、東地區國小體育組長為研究對象,共發出研究問卷118份,回收有效問卷83份,有效問卷回收率為70.33%,問卷回收所得資料採用SPSS for Windows 12.0套裝軟體進行統計分析,分別以描述分析、t考驗、變異數分析、多元逐步迴歸分析等統計方法進行分析,並獲得以下結論:一、花、東地區國小體育組長知覺校長之轉型領導行為屬中等程度。二、花、東地區國小體育組長之組織承諾屬於中高程度。三、花、東地區國小校長轉型領導對於體育組長之組織承諾具有預測力。最後,本研究根據上述研究結果進行分析討論,並形成結論與建議,提供給教育行政機關、國小校長以及未來研究之參考。

The purposes of this study were to explore the current situation and the relationship between principals' transformational leadership and athletic directors' organizational commitment of elementary schools in Hualien and Taitung District. The questionnaire was developed by the researcher based upon the literature review and documentary analyses. 118 samples were chosen from elementary schools in Hualien and Taitung District. Finally, 83 data were collected and were analyzed by SPSS for Windows 12.0 and the included Frequencies, t-test, ANOVA, and Multiple stepwise regression analysis. The major findings were: 1. The athletic directors of elementary schools perceived medium level on principals' transformational leadership. 2. The level of athletic directors' organizational commitment is above average. 3. In regression forecast of principal's transformational leadership to athletic directors' organizational commitment, especially the variable of "creating vision" has the biggest predictability. Based on the results of this study, to make some suggestions for educational administration, the elementary school principals and future study.
