本研究旨在探討國小校長轉型領導行為與體育組長工作士氣的現況,並比較不同背景變項的體育組長,在知覺校長轉型領導與工作士氣之差異情形,以及兩者之間的關係。本研究以高高屏地區國小體育組長408人為研究對象,採用問卷調查方式,並以自編問卷為研究工具,共發出研究問卷408份,回收有效問卷262份,所得資料以SPSS統計軟體執行分析以驗證研究假設,結果發現:一、國小體育組長所知覺校長之轉型領導行為屬於中等程度。二、國小體育組長之工作士氣屬於中高程度。三、性別、婚姻狀況、學歷、學校規模等背景變項在體育組長知覺校長之轉型領導行為並無顯著差異存在,但在年資則有顯著差異存在。四、婚姻狀況、學歷、學校規模等背景變項在體育組長之工作士氣並無顯著差異存在,但在性別、年資則有顯著差異存在。五、國小校長轉型領導與體育組長工作士氣有典型相關。
The purposes of this study were to investigate the principals' transformational leadership and athletic directors' morale, and the relationships between them. The method adopted in the research was questionnaire survey. The subjects included 408 athletic directors from elementary schools in three counties of southern Taiwan. Based on questionnaires from 262 athletic directors, the collected data were analyzed through SPSS software, the main findings are as follows: (1) The level of principals' transformational leadership is rated as average. (2) The level of athletic directors' morale is above average. (3) Athletic directors' background variables on principals' transformational leadership: seniority result in significant differences, while gender, martial status, educational background, and school size show no significant difference. (4) Athletic directors' background variables on athletic directors' morale: gender and seniority result in significant differences, while martial status, educational background, and school size show no significant difference. (5) Significant canonical correlation was found between principals' transformational leadership and athletic directors' morale.
