本研究旨在探討高中職校長轉型領導與體育組長工作滿意的現況,並比較不同背景變項的體育組長,在知覺校長轉型領導與工作滿意之差異情形,以及兩者之間的關係。本研究以北部地區四縣市之高中職體育組長為研究對象,採用問卷調查方式,並以自編問卷為研究工具,共發出143份問卷,回收有效問卷為111份,可用率為77.62%,所得資料以SPSS統計軟體執行分析以驗證研究假設,獲得以下結論: 一、高中職校長對於轉型領導運用之現況屬於中上程度,且在「個別關懷」構面之表現最為明顯,但在「智識啟發」構面之表現則最不明顯。 二、高中職體育組長工作滿意之現況屬於中上程度,且對於「工作本身」構面之工作滿意最高,但對於「薪資福利」構面之滿意度最低。 三、性別、婚姻狀況、學校規模等背景變項在體育組長知覺校長之轉型領導並無顯著差異存在,但在年資與學歷則有顯著差異存在。 四、婚姻狀況、年資、學校規模等背景變項在體育組長之工作滿意並無顯著差異存在,但在性別、學歷則有顯著差異存在。 五、高中職校長轉型領導對於體育組長工作滿意具有預測力。
The purposes of this study were to investigate the principals' transformational leadership and athletic directors' job satisfaction, and the relationship between them. The method adopted in the research was questionnaire survey. The subjects included 143 athletic directors from senior high schools in four counties of northern Taiwan. Based on questionnaires from 111 athletic directors, the collected data were analyzed through SPSS software, the main findings are as follows: 1. The level of principals' transformational leadership is above average. 2. The level of athletic directors' job satisfaction is above average. 3. Athletic directors' background variables on principals' transformational leadership: seniority and educational background result in significant differences, while gender, martial status and school size show no significant difference. 4. Athletic directors' background variables on athletic directors' job satisfaction: gender and educational background result in significant differences, while martial status, seniority, and school size show no significant difference. 5. Parts of principals' transformational leadership have significant predictability on athletic directors' job satisfaction.
