南投縣偏遠地區國民中小學教師流失成因與因應策略之研究

A study of the causes and strategies of the loss of teachers in the remote elementary and junior high schools in Nantou County

摘要


本研究旨在探討南投縣偏遠地區國民中小學教師流失成因與因應策略之現況。本研究透過問卷調查法,以南投縣偏遠地區國民中小學教師為研究對象進行普查,問卷共計發出572份,有效問卷為353份,有效回收率為62.76%,研究結論如下:一、教師編制不足工作量增加、教師職業生涯受到威脅、進修必須花許多時間在交通上、學校交通不便需花費許多時間、需兼任行政工作工作負擔較大,為教師想離開偏鄉學校的主因。二、學校氣氛融洽與教學環境單純、提高偏遠地區薪資、良好的偏鄉學校環境、及提高偏遠地區的加給,能提升教師留任偏鄉的意願。三、不同年齡、婚姻狀況、每週授課節數、偏鄉服務年資、是否為當地人、以及是否曾申請介聘的教師在教師流失成因看法有顯著差異。四、是否為代理代課教師與是否曾申請介聘教師在教師流失因應策略的看法上有顯著差異。

This study aims to explore the current situation of the causes and strategies of the loss of teachers in the remote elementary and junior high schools in Nantou County, the 572 questionnaires were sent out to all the teachers. 353 effective responses were received and the responding rate reached 62.76%. The conclusions were as follows: 1. The causes of the loss of teachers were lack of authorized complement led to an increase in workload, the teacher's career is threatened, advanced study must spend a lot of time on the traffic, it takes a lot of time for school and traffic to be inconvenient, need to hold a concurrent administrative work led to an increase in workload. 2. To enhance the willingness of teachers to stay in remote areas, school atmosphere is harmonious and the teaching environment is simple, improve the salary in remote areas, good school environment, and increase allowance in remote areas are important 3. The causes of the loss of teachers , there are differences between age, marital status, the number of lectures per week, the number of years of service in remote schools, whether for the locals, and whether teachers who have applied for transfer. 4. There are differences between whether it is acting substitute teacher, and whether teachers who have applied for transfer in strategies of the loss of teachers.
