摘要

地方因人們生活的鏈結而塑造出不同的空間意義，這樣的實踐過程隨著時間、環境的改變，而產生不同的形式的互動關係和人們共存。城市的樣貌有著今昔之間的差異，為了延續過去，攀住現在如同對過去的一種情感寄託，這種強烈地方情感建設中，表面看似現代卻仍充滿對過去的幻覺，實質上內部構造和氛圍早已失去原有的樣貌。城市的樣貌隨著時間而轉換，但人們對環境美好的記憶卻保留在每個人的心中，雖然今昔之間已不是同一個場景，但對環境的記憶卻永遠存在；透過環境追尋自我的歸屬，這種文化鄉愁寄託了我們各種情感，無論是認同或是疏離，這些強烈的地方情感，與文化保留及創新循環不息的對應關係，擁有著不容否認的歸屬感，並具有無法推翻的鄉土價值。本文就眷村改建、南機場國宅、臺北圓環及紀州庵文學森林的今昔關係等四部分，探討都市特殊文化保存與整宅政策、商家聚落與時代記憶轉變下都市空間的轉換關係。

Places are interpreted as different meanings of spaces because of its link with people's lives; this kind of practice process changes with time and surroundings, resulting in different forms and interactive relationships to exist with people. There are great differences about the circumstances of the city between the past and the present; in order to proceed with the past, holding on to the present is just like finding sustenance in the past. Based on such the structure of strong local emotions, the modern space is still filled with the hallucination of the past, but actually in essence the internal structure and atmosphere have long lost their original appearance. The appearance of the city changes with time, but people's wonderful memory toward the environment still remains in everyone's heart. Although the scenes between the past and the present aren't the same anymore, the memory toward the environment never disappears. Through the pursuit of the environment itself, this kind of culture nostalgia contains our different kinds of emotions. No matter what these emotions really are, identification or alienation, these strong local emotions not only have cyclical and lasting correspondence with the retention and innovation of culture, having undeniable sense of belonging with each other, these emotions also possess overwhelming local value. This paper, based on the four parts - the reconstruction of the veteran village, the South Airport Public Housing, Taipei Circle and Kishu An Forest of Literature, was mainly to explore the relationship between the urban special cultural preservation and the whole housing policy as well as the transforming relationship between the business settlement and the urban space under the change of different eras.
