產學合作教育實施成效之個案研究

A case study on practical effectiveness evaluation of cooperative education

摘要

產學合作教育結合產學雙方的資源以達到共同育才之教育目標， 是技職教育強化學生就業能力的發展方向。本研究探討K技術學院產學合作教育實施成效之評估，以瞭解學生、教師及業界人士等不同利害關係人對產學合作教育實施成效在實施滿意度及實施效益兩部份的看法及意見。本研究運用問卷調查及訪談調查進行資料蒐集，獲致結論如下：一、學生對實施滿意度的看法僅為普通，而對實施效益的看法大致良好；二、不同性別與科系的學生在實施成效之實施滿意度和實施效益上有顯著差異，但不同年齡與入學前就讀學校的學生在實施滿意度和實施效益各構面與整體上則無顯著差異；三、多數業界人士與教師對產學合作教育的實施大致感到滿意，但在肯定之餘均認為仍有改善空間；四、業界人士與教師對於產學合作教育實施效益普遍給予不錯的評價，然學生態度有待改進。最後依據研究結果提出對於個案學校、其他實施產學合作教育的學校、利害關係人及後續研究之建議。

Cooperative education which integrates the resources of industry and academy to achieve the aim of co-cultivating people is the direction of technical and vocational education. This study aims to investigate practical effectiveness evaluation of cooperative education in K Institute of Technology to realize the perception of different stakeholders. Questionnaires and interviews were employed to collect data. According to data analyses, the study has following findings: (1) students' satisfaction in cooperative education is just fair, and their evaluation on practical benefits is quite good. (2) students in different genders/departments have significant differences on practical effectiveness of cooperative education, but students in different ages/schools before entrance show no significant difference. (3) managers in cooperative enterprises and teachers in K Institute of Technology are almost satisfied with the implementation of cooperative education, but there is a lot of space to improve; (4) managers and teachers highly value the benefits of cooperative education, but they feel about students' attitude to be improved. Lastly, according to research results, the researcher offers suggestions to K Institute of Technology, other institutes or stakeholders and following researches for reference.
