幼兒園教保人員對外籍配偶子女接納程度及其影響因素研究

A Study of Kindergarten Teachers' Acceptance toward Children with a Foreign Parent and the Factors Affecting the Acceptance

摘要


本研究旨在探討幼兒園教保人員對外籍配偶子女的接納現況,並探討多元文化教育觀點、自我效能與外籍配偶子女接納程度間的關係。為達上述研究目標,本研究使用「多元文化教育觀點量表」、「自我效能量表」、「接納態度量表」為研究工具。採立意取樣,以台灣北、中、南、東四個地區共261位幼兒園教保人員為樣本進行調查,包含公私立托兒所與幼稚園師資。調查資料採用單因子多變項變異數分析、積差相關、典型相關、多元迴歸等統計方法加以分析,結果如下:一、整體而言,幼兒園教保人員對外籍配偶子女的接納程度中等,尚有增進的空間。二、不同服務年資的幼兒園教保人員在自我效能,以及對外籍配偶子女接納程度的得分上具有顯著差異存在;但是在多元文化教育觀點上並無顯著差異存在。三、不同區域位置的幼兒園教保人員在整體對外籍配偶子女接納程度上有顯著差異存在; 但是在多元文化教育觀點與自我效能上並無顯著差異存在。四、多元文化教育觀點、自我效能與外籍配偶子女接納程度間有顯著的典型相關存在。五、多元文化教育觀點、自我效能的各層面可以有效預測幼兒園教保人員對外籍配偶子女的接納程度。

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship among kindergarten teachers' perspectives on multicultural education, self-efficacy, and their accepts attitude toward children of foreign spouses. The measurements applied in this study included Multicultural Education Scale, Self-Efficacy Scale, and Accepts Attitude Scale. The participants, selected by stratified cluster sampling, consisted of 216 kindergarten teachers all around Taiwan. The obtained data was analyzed by One-way ANONA, MANOVA, Pearson product moment correlation, Canonical correlation, and Multiple regression analysis. The results of the study included: 1. The kindergarten teacher's accepts attitude toward children of foreign spouses needed promoting. 2. Teachers of different teaching years showed significant differences in self-efficacy and accepts attitude toward children of foreign spouses, but no significant difference in multicultural education perspectives. 3. There is significant canonical correlation among multicultural education perspectives, teachers' self-efficacy, and accepts attitude toward the children of foreign spouses. 4. All aspects in perspectives on multicultural education and self-efficacy can effectively predict accepts attitude toward the children of foreign spouses.
