探討中小學行政教師專業困境與其專業發展之可行途徑

A Study of Teachers Serving Concurrently as Administrators of primary and junior high School Affairs' Professional Dilemma and Professional Development feasible ways

摘要


本研究旨在瞭解與探究中小學教師行政專業困境與其專業發展之可行途徑。首先,瞭解兼任行政教師之工作現況與困境;其次,瞭解兼任行政工作教師之行政專業發展情形與模式;最後探討兼任行政教師其行政專業發展之可行途徑。本研究選擇八位國中小兼任行政教師為研究對象,透過半結構式晤談進行研究資料之蒐集,經由資料分析與討論,本研究歸納出三點結論,並依據研究結論,分別針對主管教育機關、學校、行政教師等提出建議,包含「規劃理論與實務兼具研修課程,符合行政教師專業發展需求」、「建構區域型行政專業支持系統,定期會議提供行政諮詢輔導」等六點,期能有助於相關單位規畫提升教師行政專業發展方向及行政教師依據自身需求選擇適合之專業發展途徑。

The purpose of this study is to understand and explore teachers serving concurrently as administrators of primary and junior high school affairs' professional dilemma and professional development feasible ways. First, for understanding the current status and professional dilemma of teachers serving concurrently as administrators of primary and junior high school affairs. Second, for understand the situation and model of the administrative professional development of administrative teachers. Finally, it discusses the feasible way for administrative teachers to develop their administrative profession. The study adopts semi-structured interviews to collect the research material and interviews eight teachers serving concurrently as administrators of primary and junior high school affairs. Through text analysis and discussion, this study generalized 3 conclusions and proposed 6 suggestions for relevant units plan to improve the direction of teachers' professional development and administrative teachers choose suitable professional development approaches based on their own needs.
