教師情緒勞務與工作倦怠關係研究之後設分析

A Meta-analysis of the Relationship between Teachers' Emotional Labor and Job Burnout

摘要


近年來教師情緒勞務與工作倦怠之探究,在教育領域中有逐漸增加的趨勢,本研究彙整國內教師情緒勞務與工作倦怠之實證研究,使用後設分析方法,資料蒐集從2005年至2018年,可作為研究探討之相關文獻共計23篇,探討教師情緒勞務與工作倦怠之關係。研究發現教師情緒勞務與工作倦怠之效果值具有顯著關係,同時採用學校層級、研究地區、樣本人數、男性教師比例等,作為調節變項,最後提出建議供後續研究之參考。

In recent years, there is an increasing number of studies which investigate teachers' emotional labor and job burnout in the area of education. This study collects 23studies of this topic from 2005 to 2018 and aims to investigate the relationship between teachers' emotional labor and job burnout. The results show that there is a significant relationship between the effect sizes of teachers' emotional labor and job burnout. The analysis also adopts school levels, areas, sample size, the percentage of male teachers as the moderators. The study ends by providing suggestions for future research.
