如何降低大學教職員工作壓力之關係研究-以屏東縣公私立大學教職員為例

How To Reduce University Faculty Job Stress-An Example of teacher In Ping-Tung Country

摘要


本研究主要目的是在探討如何降低大學教職員工作壓力,以教職員知覺組織支持、工作家庭平衡與工作壓力之關係,以屏東縣市之公私立大學學校教職員為母體,進行便利抽樣,合計發出問卷150 份,回收有效問卷124 份,回收率為82.7%。回收之有效問卷,利用SPSS 19.0 For Windows 套裝軟體為分析工具。經由實證分析可得以下研究結果:一、教職員知覺組織支持與工作家庭平衡有顯著正向影響。二、教職員知覺組織支持與工作壓力有顯著負向影響。三、教職員工作家庭平衡與工作壓力有顯著負向影響。四、教職員工作家庭平衡對知覺組織支持、工作壓力有中介作用。

The main purpose of this research is to explore how to reduce faculty job stress into the relation between perceived organizational support on organizational commitment, work and family of balance and job stress: a study of private and public university of Ping Tung. Totally send out 150 questionnaires, retrieve effective 124 shares of questionnaire. The overall response rate is 82.7%. We analyze the responsed valid questionnaires by SPSS19.0 for windows. After analyzing, we are able to have the results under. 1. The relation of job-family balance of faculty and most of perceived organizational support is significantly positive. 2. The relation of job stress of faculty and most of perceived organizational support is significantly negative. 3. The relation of job-family balance of faculty and job stress of faculty is significantly negative. 4. Job-family balance of faculty between perceived organizational support and job stress of faculty has mediating effects.
