摘要

九十年代以降，原住民地區之觀光發展常以生態旅遊作為自然、文化與環境教育的一種再現方式，挹注了原鄉經濟生計並凝聚部落意識；而近十年來原住民族推展之獵人學校（Hunting School）藉著生活環境之「生態導覽」及「體驗教育」活動深化族群文化、地方發展與環境的永續性，成為以部落為主體的一種新興旅遊方式。本研究參與觀察烏來、五峰獵人學校課程並與獵人老師進行深度訪談對話，探討獵人學校之生態旅遊內涵之地方永續性發展。研究發現在生態與文化導覽，獵人老師以講述泰雅民族神話與授獵禮俗來彰顯原住民族文化及祖靈信仰；而針對不同類型遊客則進行客製化之體驗與教育活動；亦與不同政府單位及產業組織合作以推廣獵人學校之遊程；另五峰鄉獵人學校則串聯前、中、後山相同理念之原住民開設之民宿或營地進行策略聯盟以適度調節遊客量。部落「獵人學校」不僅為環境與生態保育，更對原住民文化傳承及部落季節生計具有重要的永續發展意涵，本研究結果期能提供有關單位在原住民的生態保育、文化傳承、觀光產業之參考，達到以部落為主體之原住民生態旅遊之精神與價值。

After the 1990s, the tourism development in the Aboriginal areas often used ecotourism as a way of reproduction of natural, cultural and environmental education, and poured out the livelihood of the native townships and embodied the tribal consciousness. In the past ten years, Hunting School has deepened the culture of ethnic groups, local development and the environment through the ＂ecological tour＂ and ＂experience education＂ activities of the living environment, and has become a new way of tourism based on tribes. This study participated in the observation of Wulai and Wufeng Hunter School courses and conducted in-depth interviews with hunter teachers to explore the local sustainable development of ecology tourism connotation of Hunter School. The study found in the ecological and cultural tour, the hunter teacher to tell the story of Taiya national mythology and charter customs to highlight the culture of indigenous peoples and ancestral beliefs; and for different types of tourists are customized experience and education activities; Government units and industrial organizations to promote the hunting school tour; the other Wufeng Township hunter school in front of the mountain, the same concept of the original idea of the aboriginal houses or camps to set up a strategic alliance to moderately adjust the amount of tourists. Tribal ＂hunter school＂ is not only for the environment and ecological conservation, but also on the aboriginal cultural heritage and tribal season life has an important sustainable development meaning, the results of the study period to provide relevant units in the indigenous ecological conservation, cultural heritage, tourism industry Of the reference to reach the tribe as the main body of the indigenous ecological tourism spirit and value.
