古坑綠色隧道遊客之旅遊動機、意象、體驗價值與重遊意願之探討

A Study on Travel Motivation, Tourism Image, Experience, and Revisit Intention - A Case Study of Gukeng Green Tunnel

摘要

隨著傳播、傳輸與運輸速度的提升，距離已不是問題，時間的掌握更加精確，大山好水深景式的旅遊已不是遊客的唯一選擇，深度知識學習旅遊漸漸取而代之，除了滿足新奇、特殊與美景欣賞慾望外，在地獨特的傳統、知識與技法的認識，更是知識慾望的渴求。在雲林這個農業大縣，有著廣大禾田、水渠交錯的田園景色，與深樸的一級產業景觀、人文，雖沒有豐厚的自然景觀資源，順應「慢」旅行、「慢生活」，為全球生活型態的新趨勢，這股「慢」的運動風潮－「輕」、「淡」、「慢」成為現代旅行生活的主流特色。古坑綠色隧道可說是雲林旅遊的代表地，在潮流轉變為深度旅遊當下，運用在地資源，滿足特有族群的知識旅遊慾望。本研究以便利抽樣共收集335份問卷，經過統計分析探討，結果發現旅遊動機與旅遊意象正向影響體驗價值與重遊意願、體驗價值正向影響重遊意願。根據研究結果本研究，提出下列建議：1.雲林縣政府可以結合當地文化，於古坑綠色隧道舉辦相關藝術及休閒活動，以達旅客在雲林縣古坑隧道旅遊時覺得更有放鬆感覺；2.加強景點深度旅遊，以專人帶領解說深度了解綠色隧道演進與發展的歷史並強化旅遊資訊的服務，以提高各地遊客的來訪意願。

Because of the transmission, transmission and transportation advancement, distance won't be a problem. The tourists have more leisure time, they want in-depth travel in order to get more information and beautiful scenery. There are spectacular landscapes and friendliness and unique traditions cultures in Yunlin County. This research aims at the effects of travel motivation and travel Image on experience and revisit intention. In this study, a total of 335 questionnaires were distributed with convenience sampling. Using statistical analysis, we show that travel motivation and tourism image have a significant positive influence on travel experience and revisit intention; travel experience to revisit intention have significant positive effects. According to the research results, suggestions to Yunlin County Government are: (1) combining the local culture and artistic leisure activities, the tourist travel in Gukeng Green Tunnel and feel very relaxed. (2) a professional guide gives tourists a detailed explanation about Green Tunnel history. That will increase the number of tourist and willingness to visit.
