大專校院學生工作與休閒之靈活性與滲透性對生活品質之影響初探

Exploring the Relationship Between Work-Leisure Blending Style and Quality of Life for the University Student

摘要


工作為壓力的來源之一,而休閒可幫助調節壓力,並帶來正面效益,兩領域相互配合對於生活品質有正向的影響,但若個人自由運用的時間減少,壓縮日常生活空間,導致扮演的領域角色無法維持平衡時,則會導致生活品質低落,而大學生具有較多的自由時間可分配使用,因此,本研究之目的為探討大專校院學生工作-休閒融合與生活品質的現況與相關。本研究為問卷調查法,研究工具包含工作-休閒融合量表、台灣簡明版世界衛生組織生活品質問卷,採便利抽樣,目前就讀中之大專校院學生為本研究對象,總共收到103份的問卷回覆,扣除無效問卷30份,共有73份有效問卷,回收率為71%,後續將以SPSS 25.0進行描述性統計、獨立樣本T檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關分析、多元線性迴歸等統計分析方法進行資料處理與分析。本研究結果顯示,大專校院學生在休閒領域的靈活性和滲透性較高;就讀年級對休閒領域的滲透性有顯著影響;教育程度、打工次數、家庭總收入對整體生活品質有顯著影響;休閒領域的靈活性正向影響生活品質,休閒領域的滲透性則負向影響生活品質。表示大專校院學生對於休閒領域的掌握度較高,反過來說,也代表休閒領域的時間比較可能被壓縮,因此當大學生對休閒領域的掌握度愈高時,生活品質愈好;但如果在扮演休閒角色時,卻不時被工作角色給滲透,則會對生活品質產生負向影響。建議未來研究可探討休閒領域與工作領域的邊界強度為何有落差,並且加入家庭、課業等領域一同探討。

Work is one of the sources of stress, and leisure can help to regulate stress and bring positive benefits. The two areas of cooperation have a positive impact on the quality of life, but if the free time of individuals is reduced, compressing the space of daily life and making it impossible to maintain the balance of the roles played by the areas, it will lead to a low quality of life. This study is a questionnaire survey method, and the research instruments include the Work-Leisure Integration Scale and WHOQOL-BREF. The participants in this study were students currently enrolled in a college or university. A total of 103 questionnaire responses were received, excluding 30 invalid questionnaires, and 73 valid questionnaires were received, with a 71% return rate. The data will be processed and analyzed by SPSS 25.0, descriptive statistics, independent sample t-testing, ANOVA, Pearson Correlation, and Multiple Linear Regression. The results of this study showed that the flexibility and permeability in the leisure domain were higher among college and university students; the grade of study had a significant effect on the permeability in the leisure domain; education level, number of part-time jobs, and total family income had a significant effect on the overall quality of life; the flexibility in the leisure domain positively affected the quality of life, while the permeability in the leisure domain negatively affected the quality of life. The higher the mastery of the leisure field, the better the quality of life of the college students. However, if the leisure time is infiltrated by work from time to time, the quality of life will be negatively affected. It is suggested that future research could investigate why there is a difference in the intensity of the boundaries between the leisure and work domains, and could also include the family and academic domains.
