摘要

不予或撤除維生醫療是臨床上常常會遭遇到的議題，也攸關臨床照護品質、病人的生命品質與家屬的生活品質。本篇文章將探討緩和照護對於不予或撤除維生醫療之建議，我國對於不予或撤除維生醫療的法律規定，不予或撤除維生醫療的倫理考量，不予或撤除維生醫療的決策，以及近幾年關於不予或撤除維生醫療之研究發現，提供給讀者臨床照護之參考。
