摘要
早產兒視網膜病變及其併發症是造成開發中及已開發國家中幼兒眼盲的重要原因。隨著醫療科技日新月異，新的篩檢工具和治療方式推陳出新，本文將介紹早產兒視網膜病變之疾病分期、危險因子、追蹤原則及治療選擇。未來仍需更大型的研究及長期追蹤，以期能達到預防疾病惡化、維持後續視力發展的可能性及避免嚴重併發症發生的治療目的。
