摘要
急性腦中風為急診醫師時常面臨到的疾病，典型表現的病人通常在檢傷分類時就會被啟動急性腦中風治療而接受一連串的檢查，然而部分病患因後腦循環病灶所引起的腦幹中風症候群，卻時常在第一時間被忽略，在臨床上乃是一大嚴峻的挑戰。本篇文章想要探討臨床醫師在面對後腦循環(posterior circulation)急性腦幹中風症候群的病人時，應該要如何去診斷與判斷，並且提供一些後腦循環腦幹中風症候群的典型表現。
