新式椎體矯正支撐術於脊椎壓迫性骨折

摘要


在高齡化社會國家中,骨質疏鬆一直是每位國人在生涯中無可避免的健康議題。而伴隨的意外創傷或是其他腫瘤造成的壓迫性骨折所併發的疼痛更是嚴重影響生活品質。現今治療除了藥物止痛外,積極的手術治療亦可以有效達到快速止痛的效果。目前廣泛所接受的除經皮穿刺椎體成形術(percutaneous vertebroplasty)及經皮球囊椎體成形術(percutaneous kyphoplasty)外,新型椎體矯正支撐術(intravertebral reduction device, SpineJack®)亦逐漸成為為另一種治療選擇。不但有效減少因傳統灌漿滲出產生的神經併發症外,還可以明顯增加椎體的高度,矯正脊椎曲線並減少疼痛。
