摘要
中樞神經弓漿蟲感染症是由一種名為Toxoplasma gondii的寄生蟲所導致，在後天免疫缺乏症候群的患者之中，中樞神經弓漿蟲感染症是最常見的伺機性感染。本文報告一位35歲男性中樞神經弓漿蟲感染症病例，並討論影像學表現及鑑別診斷。
