摘要

觀察型研究是臨床研究常使用的研究設計，此篇文章針對常用的觀察型研究設計包括：世代研究、橫斷式研究以及病例對照研究進行研究設計的說明，介紹研究測量的方式，說明觀察型研究的優缺點與介紹改善觀察型研究結果呈現的Strengthening the Reporting of Observational Studies in Epidemiology (STROBE)重點檢核項目。
