摘要
心臟衰竭是一種常見之疾病，隨著年齡之老化和治療急性心肌梗塞技術的進步，心臟衰竭之發生率越來越高，心臟衰竭對臺灣的健保體系而言，也是一大挑戰。左心室收縮功能減退之心臟衰竭及左心收縮功能正常之心衰竭的治療有所不同。本文將探討左心室收縮功能減退之心臟衰竭的治療。
