電子胸瓶之使用安全性及引流管拔除後相關併發症探討

摘要

胸腔術後常需要置入胸腔引流管，將肋膜腔空氣、血水引流，促使肺部擴張，管路會連接密閉引流系統，其中包含傳統胸瓶及電子胸瓶兩種；近年來，電子胸瓶提供胸腔外科手術上更客觀準確評估術後恢復，研究指出電子胸瓶不僅提供穩定持續負壓抽吸，亦可更準確反應漏氣狀況，本文探討臨床上電子胸瓶之安全性及參考價值評估。
