運用Blogger及Facebook Group提升學校行政與教學效能

摘要


為因應全球化之競爭趨勢,現在教育界紛紛將「資訊科技融入行政及教學」列為教育的重點發展項目,除了強調學校行政效率提升之外,也重視老師的資訊科技能力與素養之培養,並積極地在中小學推動資訊教育的應用。透過網路數位平台之訊息傳遞,是目前推動資訊科技應用的可行方式之一,但由於建置網路數位平台並非一般行政及教學者之專業及技術能力所及之處。因此,尋找一個同時能滿足行政者、教學者及學習者需求與使用,並且是低科技技術門檻的數位平台,以便可以吸引更多教學者願意採納及運用,就是一個很重要的教育議題。筆者根據多年於國小服務之經驗,提出以「運用Blogger及Facebook Group提升學校行政與教學效能」之實際行政與教學經驗,論及到「科技接受模式」的關連性,並輔以行政及教學實例之說明,以及善用Blogger及Facebook Group是行銷學校及教學利器等觀念,提供給其他學校當作提升學校行政與教學效能之參考範例。希望能符應目前實際教育行政與教學之需求,並藉以達到學校資訊科技教育與應用之實質目的。

To respond to the competitive trend towards globalization, educational institutions have set as one of their main goals the integration of information technology (hereafter IT) into school administration and teaching. Efforts have been made not only to improve administrative effectiveness, but to cultivate teachers’ IT ability and quality, and to promote the application of IT in primary and high schools as well. One of the feasible ways so far is through communicating and learning on online platforms. Nevertheless, the techniques and professional knowledge required for constructing online learning platforms tend to fall beyond reach for nonprofessional administrators and teachers. It is therefore an important educational issue to find an online learning platform, which possesses lower threshold for IT techniques and at the same time satisfies the demands of administrators, instructors and learners, so as to increase educators’ willingness to adopt and apply IT in their profession. Based on years of personal experiences of serving in the primary school, the writer demonstrated how Blogger and Facebook Group had been used to enhance administrative effectiveness and teaching efficiency, how the Technology Acceptance Model had been related, and how Blogger and Facebook Group had been used as a great tool in promoting the school and its teaching. It is hoped that suggestions provided in this paper may serve as a model for other schools to increase their administrative effectiveness and teaching efficiency. It is also expected to meet the current needs in real administrative and teaching situations and to achieve the ultimate goal of IT education and application.
