近幾年來,在全球網路興起一股臉書(facebook)風,造就有7億人以上的會員數,統計至 2011/7/19 日,台灣 Facebook 使用人數共 1019 萬人。不僅如此也造就不少公司獲得商機。Facebook 的核心價值就是讓全世界的人都可以藉此平台的連結產生關聯,創造很多關係,並讓人覺得就有很多可以去人情關懷與人際聯結,產生無形力量及價值,商機自然呈現出來。 本研究將利用 facebook 鑫韋布莊粉絲專頁。瞭解粉絲專頁中,如何創造吸引力、讓粉絲專頁成為行銷模式的一環。讓構面中的多媒體性/資訊性/顧客互動性,吸引粉絲加入及互動。透過本研究希望能幫助想經營粉絲團的營業團體如何經營facebook 粉絲專頁,才得以將粉絲專業經營的有聲有色,協助品牌創造商機。 為了解 Facebook 使用者之觀感及行為背後的使用動機、經驗與心得,本研究採取問卷方式。從資料中進行量化分析之研究。研究結果發現,布料行銷的臉書粉絲團好友分享的動機較高;且不同背景的粉絲臉書團使用者,對於網路布料銷售粉絲團所的「使用動機」以及「行銷效果」並無太大差異。
