臺灣與海外電子商務差異化分析及核心競爭力研究

摘要


全球電子商務戰爭進入白熱化,其中以淘寶網對臺灣電子商務的影響最大,許多研究學者開始針對淘寶網進行各種面向的研究;然而,就我們所知,目前尚未有針對臺灣電子商務與淘寶網的差異化及臺灣核心競爭力進行相關研究與分析,因此,本研究將針對此面向進行深入探討。透過相關文獻探討、論壇網友經驗分享、以及所設計的問卷分析得知,臺灣電子商務應以提高商品品質及加強售後服務為目標,建立起與淘寶網的差異性,讓國人對於臺灣電子商務產生忠誠感及認同感,進而增加核心競爭力。

When the battle of global e-commerce keeps heating up, Taobao has the greatest impact on Taiwan's e-commerce market among all of the ecommerce businesses. Researchers began to study various aspects of Taobao's e-commerce; however, to the best of our knowledge, none of these studies has addressed the comparison between Taiwan's and Taobao's e-commerce, and the core competence analysis of Taiwan's e-commerce. Therefore, our study focuses on these aspects and discusses thoroughly through related literature reviews, internet forums, and our designated questionnaire. For these cases we examine, Taiwan's e-commerce should improve the products quality and the after-sales services to increase the competence, and adopt the differential strategies to seek effectively sustaining competitive advantages. Further, for people in Taiwan to build the customer loyalty and our own e-commerce identity, the crucial key is to increase the core competence of Taiwan's e-commerce.
