行動商務之區域最佳化共享物流架構

摘要


在研究一般的共享經濟物流模型之後,提出以區域最佳化為架構之配送服務模型,模型內總計有商家用戶、一般用戶、取件用戶及司機用戶,其中司機用戶以順風車概念提供配送服務,研究當中會以SWOT 分析模型之可行性並推演模擬情境,模型建構後歸納幾點結論:(1)根據先前研究新型態共享物流架構確實可行。(2)本研究之區域最佳化共享物流可於目前的行動商務中實現。(3)以先前研究為基礎,經由區域最佳化相關共享物流推演再次確定此物流模式確實可行。(4)由於商家用戶的加入,使得原有共享平台服務機會更多元,司機用戶收取多趟運費可進而攤提原有運送成本,此平台的寄件用戶與取件用戶能下降原有運送、收件成本。(5)倘若平台會員數以一定規模增加,不僅增加共享司機用戶額外收入,也能使平台的營運獲取更多利潤。

This study proposed a logistics model architecture of the local area optimum after our previous sharing economy logistics model. The members of this model are four, business users, general users (including consignees and consignors) and the carrier user. Especially, the carrier would provided goods delivery service by his way. In this study, SWOT analysis and the scenario simulation were respectively described. Some summarizes were concluded: (1) First of all, according to previous studies which the new logistics model framework is indeed practical. (2) Secondly, this research local area optimum sharing logistics model are able to be realized for the M-commerce. (3) Thirdly, based on previous research, the proposed local area optimum sharing logistics determined feasible. (4) Fourthly, owing to the business users, the sharing platform would increase more service opportunities. Carriers would collect more freight fee to reduce the original cost. Besides, the consignees and consignors would be reduced their shipping costs by through this mode. (5) Finally, if the number of members reaches a certain size, the carriers could not only increase their revenue, but also to increase the platform revenues.
