基於雲端架構之加工供應鏈媒合平台

摘要


加工供應商是機台設備製造廠商重要的協力夥伴。然而以傳統方式開發的加工供應商,無法立即取得該加工供應商的加工資訊,需透過人力訪談方式才可獲得細部資訊,可見其效率不彰。為了解決上述問題,本研究提出一基於雲端架構之加工供應鏈媒合平台(Cloud Machining Supplier Matching Platform,CMSMP),使設備製造商能快速獲得供應商加工資訊,並擁有妥善的供應商推薦機制,包含以下研究發展項目:(1)建置雲端伺服器架構,以虛擬機作為網頁伺服器並實作網路負載平衡。(2)以分析層級程序法(Analytic Hierarchy Process, AHP)作為媒合機制演算法,透過準則比較協助設備製造商評選加工供應商。最後進行系統負載實驗與測試,系統負載實驗結果顯示,提升虛擬機之處理核心數比提升記憶體量更有效率;而系統負載測試顯示,本研究所提出之CMSMP 雲端架構,可穩定提供多人同時使用。

Evaluating and selecting suitable machining suppliers has become an important topic for mechanical equipment manufacturers. In this thesis, Cloud Machining Supplier Matching Platform (CMSMP) is proposed to offer mechanical equipment manufacturers an efficient way to match suitable machining suppliers. This study contains the following developments: (1) Build a cloud architecture to enhance utilization of servers and to simplify device management. (2) Implement analytic hierarchy process (AHP) as a matching mechanism to recommend mechanical equipment manufacturers the best solution from candidate machining suppliers. The results of the experimental case studies indicate that CMSMP can efficiently recommend a reliable machining supplier to mechanical equipment manufacturer via AHP matching mechanism. In the case of large number of concurrent users, CMSMP is still stable and efficient based on the server performance test and evaluation of system effectiveness.
