摘要

天花板在天、地、壁之空間構成要素中首居第一，在整體空間中佔有極大比例，然而關於天花板規劃設計，現有文獻大都以造型設計或功能兩個面向去探討，較少提及天花板上的設備種類及安裝界面，本研究旨在分析天花板中存在的各項設備，再進而探討規劃這些設備時所需要考量的因素，並就施工界面整理相關設計考量因素，以作為相關設計時參考依據。研究透過現有相關文獻整理，並分析裝修工程實務彙整構成。研究發現，天花板設備依用途屬性歸納為電氣設備、給排水設備、消防設備、空調設備、照明設備、影音設備與其他設備等七個種類；安裝設備與天花板之間的施工界面，可分為骨架補強、表面板材補強、設置活動檢修口、表面開孔、預留設備崁入孔及其他方式等六種界面的處理方式。天花板進行規劃設計階段，需要考慮到施工界面的四個重要因素：1．整體結構的穩定性2．導入設備的完整性3．使用操作的合理性4．維修養護的方便性。

Among the space construction elements, the importance of ceiling is in the first place followed by floors and wall, which occupies a great proportion in the whole space. However, with respect to ceiling planning and design, the existing literatures mainly discuss the perspectives of appearance design or function, which rarely mention the device category and installation interface on the ceiling. This study is designed to analyze the diversified devices existed in ceiling and further discuss the factors to be considered required by these devices, which also clears up design factors to be considered on construction interface as the reference for related design. It integrates existing literatures and analyzes the practice of decoration project to conclude the results. It is found in the study that ceiling devices can be categorized into seven types according to their purposes and properties, including electrical, plumbing, firefighting apparatus, air conditioning, lightening, video and audio equipment and others; the construction interface between the installation equipment and ceiling can be divided into six interfacial processing methods: framework and surface plates reinforcement, movable access holes, surface trepanning and embedding holes reservation, etc. There are four important factors of construction interface need to be considered when planning and designing the ceiling: 1. the stability of whole structure; 2. the integrity of import device; 3. the reasonability of application; 4. the convenience of maintenance.
