台灣地區核設施環境輻射監測

《台灣地區核能設施環境輻射監測全年報》 105年 (2017/03) Pp. 1-12

摘要

本報告係105年1月1日至12月31日期間，行政院原子能委員會輻射偵測中心執行臺灣地區核設施周圍環境輻射監測結果，包括核電廠、核能研究所與清華大學等研究用核設施、蘭嶼貯存場。監測類別有直接輻射、落塵、植物、環境水樣、農畜產物、海產物及沉積物等，採取熱發光劑量計、空浮微粒、草樣、飲用水、地下水、海水、葉菜、奶樣、海魚、指標生物、土壤、岸沙等試樣進行輻射劑量率偵測、總貝他活度、氚活度、碘-131、加馬核種能譜等放射性分析作業，本年度共計分析9735件次，各項環境輻射監測及放射性含量分析結果皆小於環境試樣放射性分析預警措施之調查基準值，評估各核設施周圍民眾可能接受最大個人體外劑量小於每季0.025毫西弗，體內劑量小於每季0.001毫西弗，皆符合法規劑量限值。

This report is a summary of the results from the Environmental Monitoring Program for the nuclear facilities, including the three nuclear power plants, Institute of Nuclear Energy Research and National Tsing-Hua University and Lan-Yu storage site in Taiwan conducted by the Radiation Monitoring Center in the year of 2016. A total of 9735 samples from direct radiation monitoring sites and the environmental samples, including airborne particulates, waters, grass and leaves of index plants , agricultural products, marine products, and sediment samples collected from the near nuclear facilities, were analyzed with gamma radiation monitoring network, thermoluminescence dosimeter, gross beta activities, tritium activity, Iodine-131 and gamma spectrometry analysis. Based on the monitoring results of the surroundings of the nuclear facilities, all the monitoring results and the committed effective doses due to inhalation, drinking water and food consumption assessed was under safety regulatory limit.
