印度能源與民族問題對美印合作的影響

摘要

就目前觀察，亞洲方面印度的成長現象最明顯的，莫過於美印軍事互動關係，而中國自劉華清倡起海權觀念之後，從1990年起中國亟力拓展其海權及軍事戰略而印度也努力發展航母以優先掌握南亞為出發點進而望東與越南合作；儘管中國是以和平崛起為出發點，本篇論文著重於從中國崛起，觀察美印戰略關係發展與印度的成長，特別是能源與民族問題對美印兩國合作是否會產生局部性的影響。

On the current observation，India's growth is most pronounced In Asia. More than the US-India military interaction. Since Liu Huaqing advocated the concept of sea power in China. From 1990 onwards China is eager to expand its maritime power and military strategy while India is also working to develop aircraft carriers to master South Asia. And further cooperation with Vietnam. Although China is a peaceful rise as a starting point. This paper focuses on the rise from China. Observing the Development of US - India Strategic Relations and India's Growth. Especially energy and ethnic issues whether the cooperation between the United States and India will have a local impact.
