This research shows that most consumers can buy organic livestock products in organic shops and producing areas, or by home delivery in northern part of Taiwan. The products are organic egg, milk, meat, etc. The average age of consumers is between 41 and 50, and mostly the occupations are military servicemen, civil servants, teachers, self-employment, and housewife. The monthly family income is above NT 60,000, and times of purchase are not stable, the average consumption is between NT 600 and 800 one time. Also, when consumers care too much about some negative news over organic livestock, there will be less intention of consumption. However, consumers in southern area, because of the lack of information, buy less organic livestock products, while they have more purchase intention than consumers in other areas.
