南海海域空氣、水與底泥二氧化碳及甲烷排放

Atomspheric Concentations and Emissions of Carbon Dioxide and Methane from Water and Sediment of South Sea Areas

為探討南海海域大氣、水體及底泥之二氧化碳和甲烷之濃度和釋放量,乘海研一號研究船至南海海域中南半島外海採取20個樣品,水深介於30-3793m,取樣深度介於0.3700m。水溫及氣溫均介於28-30℃、導電度介於48.7-50.1 mS cm^(-1)、DO值介於4.30-5.89 mg 1^(-1)和ORP介於135-286 mv。大氣二氧化碳濃度介於11.5-432.3 ppm和甲烷濃度介於2.64-7.07 ppm。水體在棕色瓶時上部空間二氧化碳濃度介於37.1-260.1 ppm和甲烷濃度介於2.42-4.71 ppm。不同深度底泥培養一週二氧化碳和甲烷濃度分別介於1,268-10,002和3.45-7.39 ppm。水體和底泥之溫室氣體排放量與水體有機污染程度相關。

To investigate the atmospheric concentrations and emissions of carbon dioxide and methane from water and sediment of South Sea areas, the air, water and sediment samples were collected in these areas with the Marine Research Ship No. 1 daring July to August, 2006. The depths of sampling sites were between 30 and 3793 m, and the water and sediment samples were taken from 0 to 3700 m. Air and water temperatures were between 28 and 30°C; conductivity ranged from 48.7 to 50.1 mS cm^(-1); DO was between 4.30 and 5.89 mg l^(-1); and ORP ranged from 135 to 286 mV. Atmospheric carbon dioxide was in the range o f 11.5-432.3 ppm, and methane was 2.64-7.07 ppm. Carbon dioxide in the head space o f water in brown bottle was 37.1-260.1 ppm and methane was 2.42-4.71 ppm. Carbon dioxide and methane productions at different depths o f lOg sediments were 1,268-10,002 and 3.45-7.39 ppm, respectively. Carbon dioxide and methane emissions from water were correlated with the degree o f water pollution.
