近年來各國政府皆鼓勵人民搭乘大眾運輸,減少私人運輸工具的使用,使民眾對於自用小汽車的倚賴降低,習慣以大眾運輸系統為主要運輸工具,期望創造高品質之都市環境,達到永續發展、節能減碳之目的。根據環保署統計,每人每天約有90%以上的時間處於室內,故室內空氣品質好壞與否,直接影響社會大眾之生活品質及身體健康。大眾運輸交通工具內之空氣品質,可能因不適當通風系統,導致乘客暴露於不良的環境中。本研究特別針對火車、高鐵、捷運、國道客運以及市區公車室內空間進行一氧化碳、二氧化碳濃度之空氣品質調查。 監測日期為主要分布於2014年3月至2014年4月。監測結果: 1.本實驗監測結果發現室內一氧化碳濃度皆低於環保署訂定之室內空氣品質標準(8小時平均值9ppm)。 2.本實驗監測結果發現室內離峰時段的二氧化碳濃度皆低於尖峰時段(8小時平均值1,000ppm)。 3.本研究監測結果發現,火車自強號車廂內二氧化碳濃度於尖峰時段超出環保署訂定之室內空氣品質標準(8小時平均值1,000ppm)。 4.本研究監測結果發現,嘉義BRT公車、高雄捷運、國道客運車廂內二氧化碳濃度無論於離峰或尖峰時段皆超出環保署訂定之室內空氣品質標準(8小時平均值1,000ppm)。 5.本研究監測結果發現,臺灣高鐵車廂內二氧化碳濃度無論於離峰或尖峰時段皆符合環保署訂定之室內空氣品質標準(8小時平均值1,000ppm)。
For the past few years, governments around the world have been encouraging citizens to take public transportation, and reducing the use of the private ones, People tend to decrease the use of private transportation and rely on public ones as their major use. In order to reach the goal of sustainable development and carbon reduction, the governments expect to build up the high quality of environment in cities. In line with Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) statistic data, individuals spend above 90% of time staying in indoor spaces everyday. Thus, whether the quality of air is good or bad, it straightly impact on peoples’life quality and health. The bad quality of air in cars of public transportations may cause by inappropriate ventilating system. In this case, passenger would expose in such unhealthy environment. This study especially aims to investigate the concentration of carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide in trains cars, Taiwan high-speed rail cars, MRT cars, and buses. The period of monitoring began from March in 2014 to April in 2014. And the results of data we monitored are as below: 1.The carbon monoxide concentration for our indoor objects are all below the threshold set by EPA for indoor air quality. 2.The indoor carbon dioxide concentration during in off-peak is lower than the one in peak. 3.According to the result of monitor the concentration of carbon dioxide which inside trains obtained in rush hours we found the exceeds the indoor air quality standards set by EPA. 4.Regardless of in peak or off peak, the result shows that the concentration of carbon dioxide in Chiayi BRT buses, Kaohsiung city buses, and bus in highway all exceed the standard set by EPA. 5.The result of study reported that both in peak and off peak, the concentration of carbon dioxide inside Taiwan high-speed rail cars, meet the standard set by EPA.
