相互支撐生命的專業:婦女實務工作者的反思

A profession for mutual support in life: women service providers' self-reflection

摘要


高雄市社區婦女大學以「培力」(empower)、「增能」(empowerment)做為推展婦女教育的核心價值,希冀培力婦女成為在地社區公共事務的推手。在此教育實踐的路途中,生命敘說的介入,促使婦女工作者產生了不同以往的學習經驗與生命動能。本文即以兩位主責婦女工作者在生命敘說的學習與反思為主,試圖捕捉其婦女培力工作,從扶植社區工作人力的社工專業,轉移到以關照婦女生命處境而產生互相支持力量的專業努力,以及在這樣的移動中所產生的專業動能。

Kaohsiung City Women's University aims to empower women to become the driving force behind public affairs in local communities by promoting the core values of women's education through 'empowerment'. On the road to putting this education into practice, intervention in the form of life narrative enables social workers to have learning experiences and life momentum unlike before. This study attempts to capture the transition of practices towards women's empowerment from professional women service providing to professional efforts that focus on caring for women's situations in life and enabling the power of mutual support as well as the professional momentum in this movement mainly based on the learning experiences with and reflections on life narratives shared by women service providers.
