職業婦女成為家庭主婦之挑戰與因應經驗之研究

摘要

本研究目的旨在探討職業婦女成為家庭主婦的挑戰與因應經驗，欲了解職業婦女成為家庭主婦後之挑戰及其因應挑戰之方式。因此本研究列出三項研究問題，分別為：一、職業婦女選擇成為家庭主婦之考量因素為何；二、家庭主婦所面臨之生活壓力、挑戰為何；三、家庭主婦如何面對挑戰，又其因應經驗為何。研究者採「質性研究」之深度訪談蒐集資料，使用立意取樣，透過網路招募及親友介紹下，共招募七位研究參與者進行訪談，並運用紮根理論中之螺旋式分析方法來分析文本，以回應本研究的三項問題。研究結果分別為：一、以關係脈絡為主的天性而成為家庭主婦；二、家庭主婦之挑戰來自生活細節中；三、將職場產生之自主行動力類化至家庭主婦身分作為挑戰之因應方式。最後，本研究根據研究結果進行討論並提出建議，以提供家庭主婦、家庭主婦之親友、相關主管單位與助人相關工作者參考。

The objective of this study was to explore the experiences in challenges of transforming the role from career woman to housewife and the coping methods adopted. Therefore, this study listed three research questions: first, what are the influential factors for professional women to choose to become housewives; second, what are the life pressures and challenges housewives face; and third, how housewives face challenges and what are their coping experiences. The researchers collected data through in-depth interviews of "qualitative research". Intentional sampling was conducted to recruit seven participants through online recruitment and introduction of relatives and friends. The texts were then analyzed by using the spiral model of grounded theory to answer the three questions of this study. The results were as follows: first, most showed the tendency of personal trait toward the occupation of housewife; second, the challenges for housewives typically come from every detail of daily life; and third, the coping strategy of confronting challenges relied on the self-motivation and the ability developed in workplace as a career woman to align with the self-identity of being a housewife. Lastly, based on the results of this study, suggestions are provided as reference for housewives, family and friends, and relevant parties to follow in face of this status.
