Kaohsiung City Women's University aims to empower women to become the driving force behind public affairs in local communities by promoting the core values of women's education through 'empowerment'. On the road to putting this education into practice, intervention in the form of life narrative enables social workers to have learning experiences and life momentum unlike before. This study attempts to capture the transition of practices towards women's empowerment from professional women service providing to professional efforts that focus on caring for women's situations in life and enabling the power of mutual support as well as the professional momentum in this movement mainly based on the learning experiences with and reflections on life narratives shared by women service providers.
