摘要

攝護腺癌為男性老年族群易發的癌症之一，且病發時易誤診為關節痛治療，久治不癒，詳細檢查才確診攝護腺癌骨轉移。本病例即因下背痛久不癒，而確診，除了接受西醫荷爾蒙療法治療外，搭配中醫六經辨證診斷少陰熱化夾飲形質病，並用吳雄志教授驗方九味黃芩湯，以及桂林古本傷寒雜病論風邪乘腎柴胡桂枝湯加減，獲得不錯的療效，提供臨床上中西結合治療攝護腺癌骨轉移實證。

Prostate cancer was one of the most commonly cancers in elderly male population, and was easy to be misdiagnosed as joint pain treatment, incurable, detailed examination before the diagnosis of prostate cancer bone metastasis. This case is due to the lower back pain after the diagnosis, in addition to receiving weste medicine hormone therapy, with the TCM six syndrome differentiation diagnosis of less yin heating clamping disease, with the prescription of the nine flavor baicalin soup, as well as Guilin ancient typhoid miscellaneous diseases on the wind evil by the kidney chaihuguizhi Tonga reduced. We provided a good clinical evidence of bone metastasis of prostate cancer with integrated medicine.
