使用表單工具評估核醫藥物品質異常或設備故障對核醫檢查作業的影響

摘要

近年來由於醫院經營成本管控日益嚴謹，當核醫藥物或設備發生異常時，除了需要監控異常處理或維修的品質，還需進行責任歸屬分析等事宜。本文中，我們針對以「核醫藥物或設備異常評估表單」分析異常事件的能力進行了問卷訪查。受訪者認為我們所用的量化評量方式相當合理（平均得分4.57：滿分5.00），並且在幾個主要評量面向將「核醫藥物或設備異常評估表單」與「綜合現用方法」相比較後，也有明顯的差異（p 值在5% 顯著水準以下 (p＜α=0.05) 與正向評價（平均得分4.73：滿分5.00），謹將相關研究結果與臨床醫事放射師同儕分享討論。

When encountering radiopharmaceuticals quality control failure or equipment malfunction, in addition to resolving the problem to resume normal work-flaw and finding the root of the incidents, attribution analysis is also needed, especially in the era of stringent cost control in recent years. In this study, we use a questionnaire to evaluate the performance of our ＂abnormal radioactive drugs or equipment malfunctions assessment form＂ to analyze the abnormal incidents and assessment in all respects. The respondents gave a positive feedback (average score 4.73 out of 5) and agreed this was a reasonable quantitative tool (average score 4.57 out of 5), significantly better than the general methods previously used (p ＜alpha = 0.05).
