運用DOPS評估肝臟血管三項電腦斷層掃描檢查學習成效簡題:布吉納法索龔保雷醫院放射師代訓成效

摘要


本研究係以執行電腦斷層掃描儀之檢查作業核心能力為導向的訓練,該院10 名放射師為對象,在輔導計畫期間訂定每週2 小時的授課時間,課程內容主要分別為自動注射器的使用、各個檢查的影像解剖部位解說及檢查流程、電腦斷層掃描儀操作及基本原理,在這期間做4 次課前、課後測驗,臨床操作技能評估以每位放射師執行2 次DOPS,以成對樣本t 檢驗呈現統計結果。4 組課前及課後測驗分數透過p 值0.012、0.09、0.041、0.001 (p<0.05)的方式,可知該院的10 名放射師在這4 次測驗課後成績顯著高於課前測驗成績;DOPS 方式評量10 名放射師對於肝臟血管三相電腦斷層掃描檢查(Liver three phase CT)之技能表現於可看出第一次DOPS 評量後的成績其中1 名放射師分數為33 分,未達標準,在臨床教師指導下也無法完成;9 位放射師分數為40-69 分之間,接近標準但不能完全獨立完成,需在臨床教師帶領下才可以完成,結果顯示0 位可以完全獨立完成。第二次DOPS評量後的成績3 位放射師分數為40-69 分之間,接近標準但不能完全獨立完成,需在臨床教師帶領下才可以完成;6 位放射師達到標準且完全可以獨立完成及1 位放射師可以完全獨立完成,此放射師肝臟血管三項電腦斷層掃描檢查技術能成為其他學員的典範。

The research is based on a core skills training for CT Scan exam operating technique. With ten radiographers as subjects, the training was carried out two hours a week, with programs of injector usage, medical imaging anatomy presentation of each examination, exam procedure and basic principal of CT Scan. During the training, four pre-course and post-course assessments and clinical operating skill evaluation were performed. Two DOPS assessments were completed for each radiographer. The statistical results were presented by paired sample T test. From the P values (p<0.05) of the four pre-course and post-course assessments, it shows that the test result of the four post-course assessments is higher than the pre-course. The first DOPS assessment on Liver Three Phase CT showed that the scores of one of the radiographers was 33, below the standard, could not even practice under the instruction of clinical teacher. Nine other radiographers scored between 40-69, which was close to the standard, but could practice only under the instruction of clinical teacher. The result shows that none of them is able to work independently. In second DOPS assessment, three radiographers scored between 40-69 and were close to the standard but could not practice independently, if not under the instruction of the clinical teacher. Six radiographers were up to standard and could practice independently, while one radiographer was about to work fully independent, becoming the models of other learners.
