系統性數值化醫學影像品質管理模式

Systematic and Quantified QC Model of Medical Images (SQQCM)

摘要


醫學影像數位化後,影像可以後製處理導致“廢片”或“失敗”率急劇下降,而傳統的廢片影像品管亦不再適用,因此大部份醫院影像品管目前也沒有廣泛適用於數位化影像的品管模式。本院於2002年全面導入PACS後至今已16年,發現在沒有進行品管狀況下影像品質有越趨下降,在摸索修正之後建置起新的品管模式:系統性數值化醫學影像品質管理模式(Systematic and quantified QC model of medical images)(簡稱縮寫SQQCM)。目標是利用此一模式對一般X光攝影進行有系統的數值分析,讓每位放射師都能輕易了解本身之不足及技術強項,後續並將進行經驗分享及研究討論,本篇主要針對影像品質做討論,期能達到提升一般X光攝影整體醫學影像品質。

The evolution of digitization of medical imaging with post processing leads to sharply decline of rejection rate. However, no widely applicable quality control model of digitized medical image. Comprehensive PACS has used for 16 years in our hospital, and we found image quality degradation under this situation. Therefore we try to build applicable QC model in a systematic and quantified method. The systematic and quantified QC model of medical images (SQQCM) also can provide the merit and demerit of individual technologist. We expect the upgrading of X-ray images using this QC model.
